- Eligibility Customers must: Be a minimum of 18 years of age Possess a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license Provide valid government-issued identification and contact information
- Service Usage Customers agree: Not to misuse the service Not to engage in fraudulent activities The customer shall adhere to all traffic rules and regulations of the local region, and any violation of such laws shall be solely the customer’s liability To provide accurate information during booking or registration
- Pricing and Payments All pricing shall be communicated before confirmation. Pricing is dynamic in nature and may vary depending upon demand, season, and availability of fleet vehicles. Payments must be completed through approved payment methods only after confirmation and communication with the company on the official contact number 9667748290.
- Limitation of Liability Satnam Car Rentals shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential losses Delays caused by external factors Customer negligence or misuse of services Force majeure events
- Modification of Terms The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Vehicle booking is subject to availability. In case, due to any unforeseen circumstances, the booked vehicle cannot be delivered, we will try to arrange an alternative vehicle subject to availability.
If no suitable alternative is available, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund. No additional compensation shall be applicable in such cases.
